What dues cover
Dues pay for the care of all common areas, utility access, the green spaces and the fountain, neighborhood events, and the other everyday work of the association.

Online payment isn’t available. Pay by check:

- Where to send payment: contact the treasurer at treasurer@thelegacysubdivision.com
- Write your Legacy property address on the memo line.

Closing and resale letters
Selling a home in Legacy? Title companies and sellers can request a dues status or closing letter by emailing the treasurer at treasurer@thelegacysubdivision.com. Please contact the treasurer for the current turnaround time and any fee.
